Oolong  is a traditional Chinese tea (Camellia sinensis) produced through a unique process including withering under the strong sun and oxidation before curling and twisting. Most oolong teas, especially those of fine quality, involve unique tea plant cultivars that are exclusively used for particular varieties. The degree of oxidation can range from 8% to 85%,depending on the variety and production style. This tea category is especially popular with tea connoisseurs of south China .

Da Hong Pao

Da Hong Pao Tea is one of the ten most famous teas in China. Among all Bohea teas, Da Hong Pao has the best reputation. Da Hong Pao is a myth of Chinese tea, since so many mythic stories about it but so rare it is--it's said only several liangs available each year. The "TRUE" Da Hong Pao is nearly impossible to gain. The original Dahongpao is made from the tea plants which grown in a cliff in wuyi mountain. The location of that cliff is named "Nine Drgaon Cave" . Throughout the year, the transudatory fountain from crevices between rocks nourish the four "Dahongpao" tea plants which survive after one thousand years. Dahongpao plants is the natural peerless production. Each liang of "TURE" Dahongpao is sold at thousands US dollars. The tightly twisted leaves of Dahongpao are greenish brown in color. The orange tea liquid come with strong floral fragrance. Even after nine infusions, the floral fragrance like sweet-scented osmanthus still remain. After tasting, the fragrance will last in your mouth for long time. The Dahongpao tea available in tea market is made from tea plants which cloned from the original "Dahongpao" plants in cliff.

 

Tie Guan Yin

Ti Kuan Yin tea is one of the ten most famous teas in China. which translated as "Iron Goddess of Mercy", is worldwide well-known Chinese Oolong tea. The dry tea leaves of Ti Kuan Yin is much heavier than other Chinese tea. In China, it is described by such words as "weigh like iron". The unique flavor of Ti Kuan Yin tea praised by Chinse tea farmers as the present bestowed by Kwan-yin ( Kwan-yin: A goddess in Chinese fairy tale). Hence, Ti Kuan Yin tea is so called. Dong Ding Oolong Tea

Dong-Ding Oolong Tea is one of the ten most famous teas in China.from the Dongding region of Taiwan. It is grown at an altitude of over 4,000 feet. Highly aromatic, full-bodied with a lingering aftertaste.

WenShan Pouchong Tea

Also romanized as Bāozhǒng, the lightest and most floral oolong with unrolled leaves of a light green to brown color. Originally grown in Fujian it is now widely cultivated and produced in Pinglin Township near Taipei, Taiwan.

Jin Xuan/Milk Oolong Tea

Milk oolong has such a unique taste that many stories have evolved to explain its unusual flavor. The unique is the result of a sudden shift in temperature during harvest that is an extremely rare occurrence. One of the many legends of milk oolong explains that the first time this shift occurred was centuries ago when the moon fell in love with a comet passing through the night sky. The comet, passed by, burned out and vanished. The moon, in her sorrow caused a great wind to blow through the hills and valleys bringing about a quick drop in temperature. The next morning, local tea pluckers went out to collect their fresh leaves.
